I consider it an absolute honor and privilege to walk alongside others in their journey of healing, equipping them with skills, encouragement, and hope to navigate life each day. Currently, I do counseling with adolescents (14+), adults, and couples with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and social needs.

I can individualize assessments and develop unique and personal treatment plans. Counseling can help: Unlock the keys to life-long struggles and difficulties. Improve relationships with friends, family, and spouse. Experience forgiveness and resolve deep emotional wounds. Training in coping techniques to help with daily mental health needs. What to expect from sessions: A place where you can feel fully accepted no matter what your struggle or difficulty. A safe place to learn, heal and grow. Collaboratively establish goals. The frequency and duration of sessions are agreed upon jointly. Assurance of complete confidentiality.
