I am dedicated to assisting individuals as they navigate life's challenges and find ways to create a fulfilling life. It is my goal to create a space where you can feel fully accepted regardless of your background or the current struggles you face. In therapy, I offer a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. My process begins by seeking to deeply understand your experiences, enabling me to provide guidance and teach strategies for effectively overcoming life's obstacles.

Through collaborative efforts, we will work together to identify your goals and develop actionable steps towards healing, hope, and peace. I specialize in providing therapy to adolescents (14+) and adults, focusing on treating anxiety, depression, anger, adjustment difficulties, emotion dysregulation, grief, and trauma.
